Bryan, along with Don Mortensen, co-owns LRA Real Estate Group. The two also co-own LightRailConnect.com and the Light Rail Chamber of Commerce. Bryan holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and an MBA from BYU. His prior career has been in Silicon Valley working as a senior financial controller for Fortune 500 companies and high-tech startups. He has been licensed in Arizona since 2003, and in that time, has provided commercial and residential brokerage, research, and consulting services on properties for investors.

Don is LRA Real Estate Group’s co-owner, along with Bryan Watkins. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from ASU, and went on to earn a Master of Real Estate Development from the same institution. Don is an Arizona native, and is highly familiar with the local real estate market. He has been licensed for 13 years. In that time, he has amassed brokerage and consulting experience in retail, office, Multi-Family and industrial real estate.

Bryan has been a licensed real estate agent since 2013. He specializes in the sales and leasing of commercial real estate. He studied Finnish literature at BYU and graduated in December 2016 from ASU with a degree in accounting. In 2016, Bryan also received his Real Estate Broker license from ASREB. A member of the National Association of Realtors, SAAR, and ICSC he is committed to constantly bettering himself and staying involved in industry organizations. Bryan has lived throughout the Phoenix metro area his whole life, and has come to know the city well, adding to his knowledge of the area’s real estate market. He uses aggressive marketing methods to get his clients the best deals.

Gary has 11 years of experience in commercial real estate, and completed the Commercial Real Estate Institute’s Certified Commercial Sales, Leasing, and Land specialist program.
Gary’s expertise lies in sales, leasing, and commercial property management. Gary has a background in electrical engineering, including high-tech engineering in the defense industry. He attended DeVry Institute and Cal Poly Pomona. He also has a commercial drone business to provide outstanding footage for properties and listings.

Garret has been licensed in Real Estate since 2015 and has been with LRA Real Estate Group since obtaining his license. As a 6th generation Arizonan, he understands the Phoenix market well. He has performed deals in industrial, land, retail, office and investment opportunities. Garret is currently attending Arizona State University and will graduate with honors with a Bachelors in Economics and a Minor in Real Estate in May 2019. Garret has also completed Core Net Global’s Corporate Real Estate Professional Certification Classes. He is a member of Urban Land Institute (ULI), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Core Net Global Corporate Real Estate Association, and National Association of Realtors (NAR). Garret will begin his Masters of Real Estate Development at Arizona State University in August 2019.

Joy, originally from Boston, Massachusetts, has lived in Arizona since 1986. She attended both ASU and Pima Medical Institute, where she obtained a license in radiography and MRI. She spent 15 years in the hospital setting, where she learned the importance of providing the best personal customer service possible. She has received several service awards for her dedication and care for those she is working for.
Her true passion has always been real estate. She brings a personal touch, with a commitment to customer service, to all of her clients.
She is married with two little girls, and lives in south Chandler. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors.
