The city’s housing department helped fund two other affordable-housing projects in the Central Corridor besides Native American Connection’s Devine Legacy on Central. The city doesn’t track private market developers.

• Westward Ho: Central Avenue and Fillmore Street, 289 units. Provides housing for disabled seniors. The city supplied $1.4 million in funding, and the developer was Phoenix Preservation Partnership LLP.

• Lincoln Family Downtown YMCA: 350 N. First Ave. Forty-two units are affordable, and the remaining 139 are single-occupancy units at market rate. The city supplied $2 million in funding, and the developer was the YMCA.
